Toaster Oven Apple Crumble (Vegan)

 Don't have an oven?   Don't want to use the oven?   No problem.     Here is a simple apple treat with only a few ingredients.   Vegan of course!

 

 

 Apples-3 large or 5 small

Vegan Cinnamon Apple flavored instant oatmeal (you can also experiment with other flavors)

1/4 cup maple syrup

Earth balance or oil for the tray.

1. Earth balance or oil the tray. 

2. Slice the apple somewhat thinly and place on the baking tray. 

3.  Mix the instant oats and maple syrup in a bowl.

4. Place the oats and maple syrup mixture on top of the apples. 

5. Set the toaster oven to 425 degrees and the timer to about 18 minutes.

 

Note: In case you haven't noticed I'm not a preheat person.
